Together for Life is implementing the project “QYTETARËT TË PARËT: Bashkë për një qeverisje vendore transparente!”, part of the subgrating scheme of the project “Civic oversight capacities for Budget Accountability and Transparency: BAT-Civil Society”, implemented by The Institute for Democracy and Mediation, in cooperation with the Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM) and Faktoje.
In the framework of this project TFL is seeking to contract an external expert for monitoring the annual budget of Kukes Municipality and prepare a six-month monitoring report.
