Call for trainer / expert on transparency and accountability, in framework of the project: "Increasing the social and economic sustainability of vulnerable groups affected by the earthquake in the municipality of Shijak".
Specific tasks of the trainer
The trainer will be responsible for:
- Preparation of a training module in PPT format, or other formats focused on transparency and accountability of local government structures;
- Increasing the knowledge and capacities of 20 community activists and representatives of Shijak municipality;
- Encouraging debates / discussions to participants through the planning and implementation of discussion sessions, role-play, group work, accountability and transparency of local structures in front of the community;
- In collaboration with project staff and other trainers will conceive the draft training agenda;
- Conduct the training session in accordance with the agenda of the activity, objectives and results agreed with the project staff as well as in accordance with the standards and ethics
Within the deadlines set by the project staff, but always no later than 10 days from the completion of the training, the expert / trainer will submit to the project staff the following documents:
- a) Training module (in word or PPT) as well as other information used during the training;
- Report on the impact of the project on the participants.

The deadline for application is January 14, 2022, at 17:00.
The winning applicant will be notified by 17 January 2022 and will be invited to the TFL offices on 18 January 2022 to sign the contract.
