The organization "Together for Life" to hire a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, to ensure effective design, implementation and reporting of TFL’s projects and programs. The M&E Officer will develop and oversee systems for tracking progress, measuring impact and ensuring learning and accountability across the organization’s initiatives. He/ she will work in cooperation with TFL project managers.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Design and implement project monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools in line with donor requirements and TFL’s strategic objectives.
- Develop indicators, data collection methodologies and reporting systems for ongoing projects.
- Conduct data analysis and produce periodic M&E reports to support program decision-making.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely collection and verification of data.
- Support capacity building of TFL staff on M&E methods and tools.
- Contribute to project proposals with relevant M&E components and logical frameworks (LogFrame; Results based management framework; Theory of Change etc).
- Document lessons learned, best practices and success stories.
- Ensure compliance with donor and organizational standards on data management and reporting.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
Required qualifications and skills:
- University degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economic, Statistics, Public Administration or a related field. (Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting of projects within civil society organizations.
- Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Very good organizational, planning and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with data analysis software (SPSS, Excel, Power BI or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English.
- Experience with donor-funded projects (EU, USAID, UN agencies etc.) is an asset.
