Never too young to lead, to stand up for human rights and to play a crucial role in positive change.
An amazing workshop was organized in Tirana, with the participation of more than 20 Albanian young people.
During the workshop, young people engaged with experts on a range of topics including leadership, communication, entrepreneurship and empowerment of women and girls.
The activity aimed to develop the competences & skills of young people in the field of leadership and to equip them with the ways to contribute to the leadership and economic empowerment process of women and girls. The event provided space for sharing of experiences and good practices in the subject matter.
This activity was organized in the framework of the project “Leadership for Everyone”, funded by Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
LEO aims to enhance women’s leadership, develop NFE resources for youth workers and young people, promote men’s involvement in women’s empowerment, and strengthen the synergies between youth work and the labour market. This aim will be achieved through a wide range activities (job-shadowing, internship programme, workshops, e-course, and more) for young women and men.
