With the financial support of the EU Delegation Office in Albania in the framework of the project “Support Participation, Accountability and Civil Organisation Empowerment (SPACE)”, the Association “Together for Life” seeks to engage a qualified external evaluator who will carry out a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the project, including the grant beneficiaries under the two phases of the SPACE project sub-granting scheme.
