In the frame of the project “Advancing Gender Equality through Oversight and Reporting in Albania (AGORA)“, led by the Gender Alliance for Development Centre (GADC) in partnership with Together for Life (TFL) and the Institute of Romani Culture in Albania (IRCA), “Together for Life” will contract a professional expert that will work on the preparation of a manual that will inform the health practitioners about GBV and their legal obligations in the framework of this project.
The expert will be required to:
- Conduct a literature review of existing GBV guidelines for health practitioners, identifying gaps and best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders (health professionals, GBV experts, survivors, and advocacy groups) to gather input and validate the manual’s content.
- Develop a manual that includes:

o Screening and identification processes
o Trauma-informed care approaches
o Legal and ethical frameworks for reporting
o Survivor-centered care models
o Referral mechanisms and multi-sectoral coordination
