ABOUT US
Together for Life (TFL) "Together for Life" (TFL) association is a non political, non governmental and not-for-profit organization, established in late 2009 as an initiative of a group of reputable journalists as a membership organization.
TFL has undertaken a range of innovative and successful projects and activities. It has gained reputation as the first and most prominent organization dealing in health rights in the country; as well as has expanded its activity to promote the debate on the building of civil society and a culture of human rights in Albania; with a focus on vulnerable communities; communities living in remote or economically less advantaged areas; women and youth.
Together for Life Organization (TFL) since its inception is playing an active role socio-economic betterment and cultural development of the society through a rights-based approach. TFL has successfully managed and implemented project on human rights, patients rights; labor rights; economic empowerment and good governance and achieved remarkable milestones.
TFL was founded on values of transparency, participatory approach; teamwork; commitment and efficiency based on the principles of development and coordination of all stakeholders in the development process.
TFL has implemented several projects on patients rights; investigating and raising awareness on management practices in the healthcare area; promotion and protection of youth and women rights and social realization.

We mainly work with the following social actors:
✅ Rights holders:Individuals and communities, especially those from disadvantaged groups and we pay special attention to women and girls. Our efforts are grounded in close collaboration with communities to support them and ensure sustainability of our efforts. We work with a wide range of stakeholders, such as women; youth; patients; employees; ethnic minorities, populations in disadvantaged areas; etc. TFL relies on the network of its collaborators and promotes establishment of closer ties and long-lasting relationships with our support base.
✅ National and local state institutions;as well as international partners and donors. We seek alliances with public institutions that contribute to achieving t our objectives within the framework of human rights promotion. Our efforts are aligned with the national strategies and priorities of the EU integration agenda; at the same time we monitor and play a watchdog role on government actions, to ensure that they are complying with international and national human rights norms.
✅Civil society and media: We cooperate with civil society and in particular media to reach out to communities and increase awareness on human rights related issues.
ASAMBLEJA E ANËTARËVE
Znj. RAIMONDA DALIPAJ
Rajmonda has completed her bachelor’s studies in Finance at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. She has attended various trainings session and professionals’ courses, primarily outside Albania. Rajmonda has held the position of financial officer for several years in civil society organizations such as: Masmedia and Environment Association, Eco-Monitoring Group Center etc.
BORA TRAJKO
Bora graduated as an English language teacher from the Education Faculty at the University “Fan. S. Noli” in Korce. She has 17 years of experience working with civil society organizations in the fields of environment, like Eco-Monitoring Group Center etc. She has primarily held coordinating positions, being responsible for coordinating project activities and preparing reports for both for the donor and local government.
She has attended several trainings on health and environmental issues, organized by REC, SIDA, UNDP etc.
ENTELA BARJAMAJ
Entela is an investigative journalist with extensive experience of work in national Albanian televisions like: Top Channel, A1 Television, Ora News, A1 Report etc. She completed her bachelor’s studies in Journalism in 2008 and obtained a master’s degree in Public Relation in 2017, Faculty of History and Philology at the University of Tirana. Entela has received prestigious awards for her contribution in journalism. For example: Union of Journalists awarded her with the prize "Vangjush Gambeta" 2023 for her the documentary "Board of (No) Transparency”. Additionally, OSCE Presence in Albania in 2020 awarded her the price for the best investigative feature regarding healthcare. Her investigative documentary “Pill fraud – Patients prescriptions are filled with fictitious supplements”, focused on a very sensitive topic for the general public: medical prescriptions and the large amounts of supplements the Albanian citizen is consuming instead of medical pills.
AMBRI PELINKU
Ambri is an ambitious professional who completed his Bachelor’s studies in Architecture in 2015 and his Master’s studies in 2019 at the Polytechnic University of Tirana. He has nine years of working experience with several companies, mainly managerial positions. Ambri has also been an active member of several civil society organizations. As a very good connoisseur of design programs, he has made significant contributions to enhancing the visibility of the actions undertaken by these organizations
SILVIA DERVISHI
Silvia has studied International Relations at European University in Tirana. Since 2018, she has been a staff member of Beyond Barriers Association and currently holds the position of the program manager. This non-profit organization works with young people in national, regional and European levels, by promoting inclusion and skills through non formal education. Silvia has attended several trainings related to her field of work. It is worth mentioning her participation at Enter! long-term training course on social rights, September 2021 – October 2022, organized by Council of Europe. The course provides complementary training for youth workers and those working on youth policies on how to promote social rights for young people.

Eglantina Bardhi
Eglantina Bardhi is one of the founders of “Together for Life” organization and its current Executive Director. She has a very long experience a journalist covering the health sector and social matters in the newspapers, Shekulli, and Balkan and has undertaken trainings in Investigative Journalism and on several Human Rights issues at the Albanian Media Institute. Since 2009 she has been in charge of managing and coordinating several project, with a special focus in projects related to health and media. In 2014 she was awarded by the US Embassy in Tirana for the creation of the Club of Journalists for Health and Social Issues, while on 2011 was in charge of establishing the first health newspaper “Shëndet+” supported financially by the World Health Organization office in Tirana. Eglantina continues to participate at the national level in forums and discussions of activists related to the topics at the focus of the organization, but especially health and media. She has a MA degree in Public Health and a Law degree (BA) from Tirana University. She has professional experience as the founder of the biggest informative portal in Albania and region shendeti.com.al on information, education and investigations on health, environment, lifestyle, occupational safety and health. She is awarded by the USAID as the creator of the Health Journalists Club in Albania, 2014; Awarded as The Best Journalist of Social Affairs by the Ministry of Work, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, 2010; Awarded as The Journalist of the Year of the Daily National Newspaper "Shekulli", 2009; Awarded by the Ministry of Health as the best journalist of Health sector in the written Media, 2007; Club of Health Journalists, certified by USAID.
Reta Pinderi
Reta Pinderi joined Together for Life team on November 2023. She graduated in Social Work in 2004 at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana. In 2008 she completed her Master studies in Social Work and in 2018 she received the scientific degree of Doctor in Social Work at this university. Dr. Pinderi has 10 years of academic experience in teaching as an external lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana and a 15-year professional work experience with civil society organizations, holding mainly coordination positions. Dr. Pinderi is a very good connoisseur of social work practice with vulnerable groups. Lecturer in the Department of Behavioral and Health Sciences at Barleti University. 10 years of experience in teaching as an external lecturer in the Department of Labor and Social Policy, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana. Over 15 years of work experience with civil society organizations in Albania.
Suela Topi
Suela holds a master’s degree in Philology and Literature in 2003 and a master’s degree in Business Management in 2015. Suela has 21 years of working experience and from these 8 years in Civil Society Organizations as a Program Manager and Administrative & Finance Manager. During her professional life, she has increased her experience in financial matters, national and international procurement procedures and other administrative tasks regarding EU Funds, IPA Cross Border Programs and other funds from Public Bodies. Also, Suela has gained extended experience and has developed essential skills in Project Design & Project’ Development with special focus for vulnerable groups, community empowerment, social inclusion, tourism marketing development, initiatives that reduce informality toward a market oriented etc.
Alma Lahe
Alma Lahe has studied law at the University of Tirana. She has worked for a long time in the state administration, in the position of Adviser to the Minister, in the Ministry of Labor, social affair and equal opportunities. Since 2013, she has been involved in the management of European Union funded projects. Also she was expert in the inventor project, “Innoventer – innovative vocational social entrepreneurial training” (Interreg Balkan Mediterranean Program). She is an expert in the field of human rights and especially vulnerable groups, she has managed numerous international and national projects focusing on the fundamental rights and freedoms of women and vulnerable groups. She has a long experience in working with children and youth, both as an employee of the government institutions responsible for drafting and implementing child protection policies and, last years, as an expert in civil society.
Ardita Keraj
Ardita Keraj (Korriku) has completed her university degree in Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Psychology in 2012. She expanded her knowledge through a 3-year specialization in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, obtaining the title of Psychotherapist. Beyond private practice, she has been part of civil society since 2010 with various positions as occupational therapist, educational operator, psychologist and for many years project manager in the field of child protection, anti-trafficking of human beings, social inclusion of vulnerable groups, community empowerment, and recently in the field of health. Ms. Keraj has joined TFL as project manager of SOLIDAR-Together in health emergencies, since April 2024. She manages the program of Emergencies and Community Engagement.

Blertina Koka ushtron funksionin e Menaxheres së Projekteve për Rininë dhe Vizibilitetit në organizatën “Together for Life”. Ajo është përgjegjëse për planifikimin dhe menaxhimin e projekteve rinore në kuadër të disa programeve evropiane, përfshirë Programin Erasmus+ “Ndërtimi i Kapaciteteve në Fushën e Rinisë”, projektet e Fondacionit Evropian për Rininë (EYF), si dhe Programin Tirana European Youth Capital 2022. Me përvojë të gjerë ndërkombëtare, Blertina ka marrë pjesë në mbi 10 mobilitete në Evropë, në kuadër të programeve Erasmus+, EYF dhe European Solidarity Corps. Ajo është trajnuar dhe certifikuar për hartimin dhe zbatimin e projekteve në kuadër të ESC (24–28 shkurt 2020), si dhe si këshilluese në projektin “UpDatAed – Drejt organizatave rinore të sigurta digjitale”, mbështetur nga Këshilli i Evropës. Gjithashtu, ajo është trajnuar dhe certifikuar si trajnere dhe organizatore e sesioneve studimore dhe projekteve të mbështetura nga EYF. Në kuadër të rolit të saj në “Together for Life”, Blertina ka koordinuar disa projekte Erasmus si organizatë koordinatore dhe përfituese, të tilla si “Power on Competencies” dhe “Acting Youth GET-SMACT”. Këto iniciativa kanë synuar fuqizimin e të rinjve me më pak mundësi përmes zhvillimit të aftësive të punonjësve rinorë, përdorimit të mjeteve të reja të medias, dhe nxitjes së pjesëmarrjes aktive në jetën publike në nivele lokale, kombëtare dhe evropiane.
Redina Çuka
Redina Çuka ka përfunduar studimet Bachelor (2011 -2014) dhe Master (2014-2016) në Financë dhe Kontabilitet në Fakultetin e Ekonomisë, Universiteti i Tiranës. Me përvojë profesionale që nga viti 2015, ajo ka mbajtur role të ndryshme në fushën e financës dhe kontabilitetit. Aktualisht punon si Oficere Finance pranë shoqatës "Together for Life", ku është përgjegjëse për mbajtjen e kontabilitetit, përgatitjen e raporteve financiare, menaxhimin e likuiditetit dhe hartimin e buxheteve për projekte. Gjithashtu, ajo siguron organizimin e dokumentacionit financiare dhe asiston në auditime për të garantuar transparencë dhe përputhshmëri financiare.
Eriselda Ndreca
Eriselda Ndreca iu bashkua stafit të Together for Life në maj 2025, në pozicionin e Avokates dhe Koordinatores së Projekteve në kuadër të Programit “Të Drejtat e Njeriut dhe Transparenca”. Ajo është diplomuar në Bachelor dhe Master Shkencor në të Drejtë Civile pranë Fakultetit të Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës, dhe zotëron titullin Avokate. Me përvojë të gjerë në praktikën ligjore, si dhe në koordinimin dhe menaxhimin e projekteve të financuara nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe partnerë të tjerë ndërkombëtarë, ajo është e specializuar në mbrojtjen e të drejtave të njeriut për të gjitha kategoritë, duke ndërthurur ekspertizën juridike me ndërhyrjet advokuese dhe litigimin strategjik. Para se t’i bashkohej Together for Life, Eriselda ka ushtruar funksione të ndryshme në institucione dhe organizata të ndryshme, përfshirë rolin e Oficeres për Reduktimin e Çështjeve të Prapambetura pranë Gjykatës së Lartë të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Menaxheres së Projekteve pranë Qendrës Be the Change, Koordinatores së Projektit dhe Ndihmëse Avokate pranë Komitetit Shqiptar të Helsinkit, si dhe asistente pranë studiove ligjore kombëtare. Këto angazhime kanë ndërtuar një portofol profesional të pasur me ekspertizë të thelluar në fushat e të drejtave të njeriut, transparencës, llogaridhënies institucionale, antikorrupsionit dhe shtetit të së drejtës. Ajo ka përvojë të gjerë në hartimin e analizave ligjore dhe akteve procedurale, si dhe në përfaqësimin ligjor në të gjitha nivelet e gjyqësorit, përfshirë gjykatat e zakonshme dhe institucionet më të larta të drejtësisë. Eriselda është autore dhe bashkautore e disa publikimeve profesionale në fushat e ekspertizës së saj, duke kontribuar në avancimin e të drejtave themelore dhe forcimin e qeverisjes demokratike.
Kriselda Dedndreaj
23 vjeç, ka përfunduar studimet e larta në nivelin Master i Integruar në Drejtësi në vitin 2024, në Fakultetin e Drejtësisë, Universiteti i Tiranës. Prej vitesh, ajo është angazhuar në shoqërinë civile, duke mbështetur kauza të ndryshme, veçanërisht ato që lidhen me çështjet studentore dhe barazinë gjinore, ku është fokusuar edhe interesi i saj më i lartë. Gjatë viteve, Kriselda ka qenë pjesë e organizatave studentore, duke luajtur një rol aktiv në mbrojtjen e të drejtave dhe interesave të studentëve. Aktualisht, ajo punon pranë organizatës Together for Life, ku mban rolin e Koordinatores së Projekteve për Transparencë dhe Llogaridhënie, duke kontribuar në forcimin e mekanizmave demokratikë dhe rritjen e ndërgjegjësimit mbi përgjegjësinë institucionale.
Enkeleda Bodini
Enkeleda Bodini ka përfunduar studimet bachelor në Shkenca Komunikimi dhe master në Marrëdhënie me Publikun (PR) pranë Kolegjit Universitar Bedër. Ajo ka rreth 8 vite eksperiencë në fushën e medias dhe komunikimit. Në organizatën ‘Together For Life’ ka përgjegjësinë të koordinojë strategjitë e komunikimit për projektet, të cilat zbatohen për të rritur vizibilitetin dhe ndikimin në grupet e synuara.

ALKETA LAMANI
Mrs. Alketa Lamani has been engaged in civil society for over 20 years, working with the Vlora
Youth Center.
She has extensive experience in implementing programs for youth and the community and has been directly involved in managing various programs related to participation in local decision-making processes and community development.
Mrs. Lamani has a broad and consolidated professional background and expertise in the territory of Vlora, in the areas of civic engagement, local governance, advocacy, and advanced participation methods.
She has worked with international organizations and various institutions in Albania.
Mrs. Alketa is currently serving as the Local Coordinator for Together for Life,
assisting in the
implementation of various activities

implementimin e aktiviteteve të ndryshme për programet që zbaton TFL në rajonin e Jugut.
ZAMIRA ÇABIRI
Zamira Çabiri has completed university in medicine and specialized in obstetrics and
gynecology. After several years of working in the provision of medical services as a general
practitioner and in public health related to family planning and reproductive health, she has
been a lecturer for over 15 years at the "Aleksandër Xhuvani" University in the Faculty of
Technical and Medical Sciences in Elbasan. For many years, she has also been involved in the
civil society sector through collaborations with various organizations. She is assigned to TFL as
the local coordinator for the Elbasan region within the framework of the SOLIDAR project –
Together in health emergencies, as well as in other programs.
Pas disa vitesh punë në ofrimin e shërbimeve mjeksore si mjeke e përgjithshme dhe në
shëndetin public në lidhje me planifikimin familjar dhe shëndetin riprodhues. Prej më shumë se
15 vitesh tashmë është pedagoge në Universitetin “Aleksandër Xhuvani” në Fakultetin e
Shkencave Teknike dhe Mjeksore, në Elbasan. Prej shumë vitesh është e angazhuar dhe në
sektorin e shoqërisë civile, nëoërmjet bashkëpunimeve me organizata të ndryshme. Ajo është
atashuar TFL si kordinatore lokale për Qarkun e Elbasanit në kuadër të projektit SOLIDAR-
Bashkë në emergjencat shëndetësore, por dhe në programe të tjera.
LINDITA HYSENI
Lindita Hyseni is a civil society activist in the Puka region and has been engaged in this sector for
over 10 years. She leads the organization "Youth Movement for Democracy," contributing to
addressing many of the needs of young people and the community, including guidance,
empowerment, counseling, and advocacy. For Together for Life, she has served as the local
coordinator for the Puka area for more than two years in various programs, mainly for the
SOLIDAR project—Together in Health Emergencies.

ALMINDA MEMA
Alminda Mema has been involved in the field of civil society for more than 13 years and leads
an environmental protection organization operating in Northern Albania. With several years of
experience in the field of civil emergencies and in the community, she contributes as local
coordinator of the organization "Together for Life" within the framework of the "Solidar"
project.

REXHINA UZUNI
Rexhina Uzuni is an experienced Project Coordinator and Physiotherapist with a strong
background in health program management and community-focused healthcare initiatives.
Currently serving as the Rehabilitation Program Leader at a community-based NGO in Tirana,
Rexhina has worked extensively with ethnic minorities, the Roma community, the elderly in
care homes, emigrants, and individuals living in challenging socio-economic conditions.
In addition to their ongoing role, Rexhina has recently taken on the position of Local
Coordinator for TFL the Tirana region as part of the SOLIDAR project – Together in Health
Emergencies, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
With a deep commitment to building inclusive, effective, and sustainable approaches to health,
Rexhina strives to empower communities to be active participants in their well-being.

vështira.
Përveç rolit të saj aktual, Rexhina eshte koordinatore lokale për TFL për rajonin e Tiranës si
pjesë e projektit SOLIDAR – "Bashkë ne Emergjencat Shëndetësore", financuar nga Agjencia
Zvicerane për Zhvillim dhe Bashkëpunim.
Me një angazhim të thellë për të ndihmuar në ndërtimin e politikave gjithëpërfshirëse, efektive
dhe të qëndrueshme në shëndetësi, Rexhina synon të fuqizojë komunitetet për t’u bërë
pjesëmarrës aktivë në mirëqenien e tyre.
