Short description of Organization
The Together for Life Association was founded in 2009. It initially started with projects in investigative journalism. Seeing the impact, it aimed to further have an impact on the progress of change in Albania in the field of promotion and protection of Human Rights. Today, Together for Life implements projects in areas such as transparency, democracy and media, health and well-being, environment, gender equality and youth. Our activities are informative and awareness-raising in nature, trainings, seminars, informal education, field promotional campaigns, surveys and verifications, publications and informative articles in print and electronic media, studies, recommendations, complaints and lawsuits addressed to the responsible state institutions. and courts, etc.
Our staff consists of journalists, lawyers, financiers with experience in various institutions and organizations.
Currently, the Association "Together for Life" is implementing the Project "Europe respects human rights", which is developed in the framework of the Call "Support to Civil Society Organizations for the Implementation of Capacity Building Actions for Enhancing Dialogue Policies and Awareness on the European Integration Process ", funded by the European Union, through the IPA 2015 program
The project that is being implemented by the Association "Together for Life" will be developed in the municipalities of Tirana, Shkodra and Elbasan.
Project purpose:
Improve the implementation of human rights through the strengthening of independent institutions, and raise awareness of the EU accession process.
Function description
Experts are responsible for data processing and compiling a report on the knowledge of Journalists in the European Union Integration process
The engagement of experts will be, depending on the fulfillment of the above tasks and will conclude with the presentation of the report and findings.
Together for Life encourages applications from candidates who are interested in engaging as experts in the process and who meet the following criteria of individual competence, education and professional competence:
Individual skills
- To be independent, impartial and with integrity;
- Have very good communication and cooperation skills in the team and not only;
- To be responsible for respecting the tasks and deadlines;
- Have the ability to work under time pressure;
Education and professional skills
- Minimum university degree in Political Science, Law or Journalism
