Under the implementation of the third component of the SOLIDAR project for the second year, in order to strength the feedback mechanism for patients in emergency health care services, so the expert will be needed to prepare preparing a guideline on how of the feedback mechanism for the patients’ complaints, suggestions, etc. should function in health centres. The guideline will follow up the study report analysing the standard accreditation of feedback mechanisms in HC, prepared during the first year of implementation of SOLIDAR project.
