Situata n\u00eb Puk\u00eb u b\u00eb kritike, pasi disa vatra zjarri u p\u00ebrhap\u00ebn n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb m\u00ebdha pyjore dhe, n\u00eb disa raste, p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin nj\u00eb rrezik serioz p\u00ebr banesat, banor\u00ebt dhe fshatrat p\u00ebrreth. Kushtet atmosferike, temperaturat e larta, er\u00ebrat e forta dhe terreni i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb favorizuan p\u00ebrhapjen e zjarreve n\u00eb zona t\u00eb gjera, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb domosdosh\u00ebm vigjilimin e vazhduesh\u00ebm dhe reagimin e komunitetit.<\/p>\n
Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve, p\u00ebrball\u00eb situat\u00ebs tejet kritike, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Rrjetit t\u00eb Komunitetit (CRN) u angazhuan aktivisht n\u00eb mbledhjen dhe shp\u00ebrndarjen e informacionit nga terreni, komunikimin me banor\u00ebt, si dhe p\u00ebrcjelljen e k\u00ebshillave p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb dhe masave parandaluese. Ata informuan komunitetin mbi situat\u00ebn e zjarreve, u b\u00ebn\u00eb thirrje banor\u00ebve t\u00eb q\u00ebndronin vigjilent\u00eb, t\u00eb shmangnin ekspozimin ndaj rrezikut dhe t\u00eb njoftonin menj\u00ebher\u00eb autoritetet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse p\u00ebr \u00e7do vat\u00ebr t\u00eb re zjarri.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebrmes komunikimit t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm me komunitetin, shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb informacionit dhe nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr masat e siguris\u00eb, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e CRN-s\u00eb kontribuuan n\u00eb p\u00ebrballimin e situat\u00ebs dhe mbrojtjen e banor\u00ebve nga rreziqet e shkaktuara nga zjarret. Angazhimi i tyre ndihmoi n\u00eb forcimin e kapaciteteve t\u00eb komunitetit p\u00ebr t’iu p\u00ebrgjigjur situatave emergjente. Fatmir\u00ebsisht, gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj situate nuk u raportuan persona t\u00eb l\u00ebnduar apo viktima. Nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e CRN-s\u00eb luajt\u00ebn edhe n\u00eb njoftimin e institucioneve vendore dhe ekipeve t\u00eb emergjencave p\u00ebr rreziqet me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballeshin banor\u00ebt.<\/p>\n
Fal\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtimit dhe angazhimit vullnetar t\u00eb dy an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb CRN-s\u00eb, nj\u00eb familje n\u00eb fshatin Prozhem u mbrojt nga rreziku i zjarrit, pa p\u00ebsuar d\u00ebme. Ata kontribuuan drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb evakuimin e banor\u00ebve dhe largimin e sendeve m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, duke e paralajm\u00ebruar familjen p\u00ebr afrimin e zjarrit. Autoritetet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse reaguan pozitivisht dhe brenda nj\u00eb kohe shum\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr.<\/p>\n
Kjo p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb tregon se, kur komunitetet jan\u00eb t\u00eb informuara, t\u00eb organizuara dhe bashk\u00ebpunojn\u00eb me nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn, veprimi i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt mund t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb jet\u00eb, t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb familjet dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb p\u00ebrballimin e situatave emergjente.<\/p>\n

The situation in Puka became critical, with several fire outbreaks spreading across large forested areas and, in some cases, posing a serious risk to homes, residents and surrounding villages. Weather conditions, high temperatures, strong winds and difficult terrain facilitated the spread of the fires over considerable areas and created a need for continuous vigilance and response from the community.<\/p>\n During these days and the highly critical situation that developed, CRN members were actively engaged in collecting and sharing information from the field, communicating with residents, and disseminating safety advice and preventive measures. CRN members informed the community about the wildfire situation, encouraged residents to remain vigilant, avoid exposure to risks, and promptly notify the relevant authorities of any new fire outbreak.<\/p>\n Through continuous communication with the community, information-sharing and awareness-raising on safety measures, CRN members contributed to managing the situation and protecting residents from the risks posed by the fires. Their engagement helped strengthen the community\u2019s capacity to respond. Fortunately, no injuries or casualties were reported during the situation. The role of CRN members was also important in notifying local institutions and emergency response teams about the risks faced by residents.<\/p>\n Thanks to the commitment and voluntary engagement of two CRN members, a family in the village of Prozhem was protected from the risk of the fire without suffering any damage. They directly contributed to the evacuation of the residents and the removal of essential household belongings, while also alerting the family to the approaching fire. The relevant authorities responded positively and within a very short time.
