Aktiviteti mblodhi p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile nga vende t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb bot\u00ebs q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e monitorimit t\u00eb shpenzimeve publike dhe llogaridh\u00ebnies n\u00eb sektorin e sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb tre dit\u00ebve t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrvojave, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit diskutuan sfidat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballen sistemet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, ndan\u00eb praktikat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira nga vendet e tyre dhe eksploruan qasje praktike p\u00ebr identifikimin e pengesave n\u00eb ekzekutimin e buxheteve t\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe zhvillimin e strategjive efektive t\u00eb advokimit.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb nga temat qendrore t\u00eb aktivitetit ishte sfida q\u00eb buxhetet e miratuara p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb shpesh nuk p\u00ebrkthehen n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime cil\u00ebsore p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt. Si nj\u00eb nga organizatat pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse, Together for Life prezantoi p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e saj n\u00eb monitorimin e shpenzimeve publike n\u00eb sektorin e sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duke ndar\u00eb praktikat e zhvilluara p\u00ebr monitorimin e financimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n
Gjithashtu, TFL prezantoi pun\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr monitorimin e financimit t\u00eb Home-Based Care (Kujdesit Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor n\u00eb Banes\u00eb), si nj\u00eb shembull i p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb evidenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur dialogun me institucionet publike dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar politika m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme financimi.<\/p>\n
Pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aktivitet p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr forcimin e kapaciteteve t\u00eb TFL, zgjerimin e bashk\u00ebpunimit me organizata homologe nga vende t\u00eb ndryshme dhe sjelljen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb praktikave dhe metodologjive t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr monitorimin e shpenzimeve publike dhe advokimin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sistem sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor m\u00eb transparent, m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm dhe m\u00eb efikas.<\/p>\n

Together for Life (TFL) participated in the international Peer Learning Exchange on Health Expenditure Monitoring, organized by the International Budget Partnership (IBP) in Nairobi, Kenya.<\/p>\n
The event brought together representatives of civil society organizations from across the globe working on public expenditure monitoring and accountability in the health sector. Over three days of structured discussions and peer learning, participants explored common challenges facing health systems, exchanged experiences and good practices from their respective countries, and examined practical approaches to identifying bottlenecks in health budget execution and developing effective advocacy strategies.<\/p>\n
One of the central themes of the exchange was the challenge that approved health budgets do not always translate into quality health services for citizens. As one of the participating organizations, Together for Life presented its experience in monitoring public health expenditure in Albania, sharing its work on tracking the financing of health services and promoting greater transparency and accountability in the use of public resources.<\/p>\n
TFL also presented its work on monitoring the financing of Home-Based Care (HBC) as an example of how evidence-based analysis can support constructive dialogue with public institutions and contribute to more sustainable health financing policies.<\/p>\n
Participation in this peer learning exchange represents an important opportunity for TFL to strengthen its institutional capacities, expand cooperation with partner organizations from different countries, and bring back to Albania new methodologies and practical approaches for monitoring public expenditure and advocating for a more transparent, accountable, and effective health system.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
