Strong patients\u2019 associations mean stronger patient voices, better healthcare accountability, and more inclusive health systems. Empowering organizations that represent patients is essential to ensuring that people\u2019s needs, rights, and experiences are heard and reflected in healthcare decision-making.<\/p>\n
For this reason, last week we organized two training sessions, bringing together representatives from various patient organizations and associations, and equipping them with practical tools to better advocate for the communities they represent.<\/p>\n
Through group interaction and practical exercises, the trainings explored:<\/p>\n
Patients\u2019 rights and accountability mechanisms<\/p>\n
Evidence-based advocacy and patient testimonies<\/p>\n
Storytelling and message development<\/p>\n
Media engagement and communication strategies<\/p>\n
Social media campaigning tools and techniques<\/p>\n
By strengthening these capacities, we help build a stronger ecosystem of patient-centered advocacy in Albania. \ud83c\udde6\ud83c\uddf1<\/p>\n
