The M&amp;E Officer will develop and oversee systems for tracking progress, measuring impact and ensuring learning and accountability across the organization\u2019s initiatives. He\/ she will work in cooperation with TFL project managers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement project monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools in line with donor requirements and TFL\u2019s strategic objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop indicators, data collection methodologies and reporting systems for ongoing projects.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct data analysis and produce periodic M&amp;E reports to support program decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely collection and verification of data.<\/li>\n<li>Support capacity building of TFL staff on M&amp;E methods and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to project proposals with relevant M&amp;E components and logical frameworks (LogFrame; Results based management framework; Theory of Change etc).<\/li>\n<li>Document lessons learned, best practices and success stories.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with donor and organizational standards on data management and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties that may be assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications and skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economic, Statistics, Public Administration or a related field.
