The manager reports directly to the Executive Director. He\/she works closely with the finance department and the rest of the staff in management positions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and duties:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct responsibility for the overall progress of the program\/ projects implemented by TFL and maintains correct communications with the donors of this program.<\/li>\n<li>Angazhohet aktivisht n\u00eb shkrimin e projekteve t\u00eb lidhura me fushat e aktivitetit t\u00eb TFL ((aft\u00ebsia dhe eksperienca n\u00eb shkrimin e projekteve do t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen me p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi).<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates and supervises the quality implementation of the program\/ projects of the organization and follows, as necessary, the relevant activities of these projects.<\/li>\n<li>Supervises the subordinate staff (if any) and ensures that the rules and standards established by the donor are correctly followed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the program\/ projects achieve the objectives and expected results.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures timely and quality preparation of intermediate\/final reports requested by donors.<\/li>\n<li>Delegates tasks to project coordinators, ensuring appropriate division of tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the process of recruiting experts\/staff to be engaged in the organization projects, as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Represents TFL in meetings with various government institutions, as well as in activities of the partners or donors.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties that may be assigned by the Executive Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications and skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in environmental, social sciences or other related fields. (Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree).<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of professional experience in project management cycle within national and\/or local civil society organizations, including experience managing relationships with multiple partners and donors simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Very good communication, organizational, planning and coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>Independent and reliable person, capable to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team.<\/li>\n<li>High proficient in spoken and written English.
