{"id":33939,"date":"2024-12-07T14:39:09","date_gmt":"2024-12-07T13:39:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.togetherforlife.org.al\/?p=33939"},"modified":"2024-12-07T14:39:09","modified_gmt":"2024-12-07T13:39:09","slug":"call-for-external-assessors-for-subgrantees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.togetherforlife.org.al\/en\/call-for-external-assessors-for-subgrantees\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for External assessors for subgrantees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cTogether for life\u201d association, in cooperation with BIRN Albania, Q\u00ebndresa Qytetare and Destiny Center for Excellence, is implementing the project <em>\u201cSupport Participation, Accountability and Civil Society Empowerment\u201d (SPACE).<\/em> This project is funded by <strong>the European Commission, reference EuropeAid\/174080\/DD\/ACT\/.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through the actions undertaken as part of this project, is expected that grassroots civil society organizations will work better to demand increased accountability and budget transparency by public institutions in health and education sector; Public pressure on authorities to respond, change behavior and reduce corruption will be increased and CSOs, media, youth, state\/non-state stakeholders will work together to improve the budget transparency and accountability, leading to the better quality of services for the Albanian citizens.<\/p>\n<p>In the framework of the project, Together for Life is seeking to contract external assessors for conducting a quality assessment of all applications deemed administratively compliant under the second round of the SPACE project&#8217;s Calls for Proposals and will complete the assessment grids accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>The assessors must possess technical and administrative capacities necessary to provide an informed opinion on each full application.
