{"id":32566,"date":"2024-01-11T16:37:13","date_gmt":"2024-01-11T15:37:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.togetherforlife.org.al\/?p=32566"},"modified":"2024-01-16T15:13:10","modified_gmt":"2024-01-16T14:13:10","slug":"njoftim-pune-koordinator-e-projekti-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.togetherforlife.org.al\/en\/njoftim-pune-koordinator-e-projekti-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Job notice: Project coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Short description <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\"Together for Life\" organization seeks to hire a project coordinator, who will coordinate and follow the implementation of project activities, in cooperation and under the direction of the Project Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and duties: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In close cooperation with the Program Manager, coordinates the effective implementation of the project activities he\/ she is in charge within the planned dateline and budget.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and submits in time the narrative reports and other supporting documents of the project, according to the specifications defined by the donor.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and follows the progress of the project, addressing in time any problems that may arise during its implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Acts as a point of contact and communicates appropriately with project beneficiaries, partners and donors.<\/li>\n<li>Periodically prepares updated information on project progress for TFL's website\/ social media accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with other members of TFL staff on various organizational\/ administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties that may be assigned by the Program Manager or Executive Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications and skills: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in social sciences, law or other related fields.<\/li>\n<li>At least 1-2 years of working experience in civil society organizations or other institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Field work experience, flexibility and ability to manage the unexpected situations that may affect project activities plan.<\/li>\n<li>To be available for full-time work.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform well even in situations that may cause pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Very good communication, coordination and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to travel outside Tirana\/ in project areas.<\/li>\n<li>High proficient in spoken and written English.
