Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga gjetjet e studimit q\u00eb Together for Life po realizon me mb\u00ebshtetjen financiare t\u00eb Ambasad\u00ebs s\u00eb Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Vendeve t\u00eb Ul\u00ebta, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Projektit \u201cSinergji p\u00ebr Fuqizimin e Vajzave dhe Grave\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar rreth gjetjeve paraprake t\u00eb studimit \u2018NGACMIMET SEKSUALE N\u00cb VENDIN E PUN\u00cbS K\u00cbNDV\u00cbSHTRIMET DHE P\u00cbRVOJAT E FORC\u00cbS S\u00cb PUN\u00cbS N\u00cb SHQIP\u00cbRI\u2019 dhe rreth p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb fenomenit n\u00eb sektorin publik dhe privat n\u00eb rajone t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb vendit, TFL organizoi takime n\u00eb rajonet Durr\u00ebs, Kor\u00e7\u00eb dhe Lezh\u00eb, me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve dhe pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb sektorin publik dhe privat; p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, gazetar\u00eb lokal\u00eb dhe aktivist\u00eb. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit n\u00eb k\u00ebto takime pranuan se fenomeni i ngacmimeve seksuale n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomen i ri dhe m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti prek grat\u00eb dhe vajzat pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebse. Duke u ndalur tek niveli i ul\u00ebt i raportimeve t\u00eb fenomenit, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit n\u00eb takime rendit\u00ebn disa faktor\u00eb, ku nd\u00ebr m\u00eb kryesor\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb stigma dhe paragjykimi q\u00eb mbizot\u00ebron n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare dhe q\u00eb \u2018ngarkon me faj\u2019 vet\u00eb viktim\u00ebn e ngacmimit. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit soll\u00ebn shembuj personal\u00eb apo t\u00eb kolegeve t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb kishin p\u00ebsuar ngacmim seksual n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat edhe kur kishin tentuar ta raportonin rastin, nuk kishin gjetur mb\u00ebshtetjen e as t\u00eb familjar\u00ebve, as t\u00eb koleg\u00ebve dhe ca m\u00eb pak t\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas ekspertes Merita Poni, legjislacioni i brendsh\u00ebm q\u00eb ofron mbrojtje p\u00ebr viktimat e ngacmimit seksual n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar dhe forcuar vitet e fundit. \u201cPor pa nj\u00eb informim dhe nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsim t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi ky fenomen nuk do t\u00eb adresohet dhe viktimat do t\u00eb p\u00ebsojn\u00eb d\u00ebme psikologjike, ekonomike, madje n\u00eb raste m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, edhe d\u00ebmtime fizike dhe seksuale.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar gjetjet e raportit studimor TFL do t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb takime edhe me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb institucioneve, p\u00ebrfshi institucionet e pavarura t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut.
