June 2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>Target-group: <\/strong>Municipalities and Municipal councils; Directorates of Public Health; National Environment Agency; Ministry of Tourism and Environment; Parliamentary Commissions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Final beneficiaries:<\/strong> All citizens living in the project implementation areas and suffering from the consequences of air pollution, the general public and media<\/p>\n<p><strong>The overall project objective:<\/strong> \u00a0The establishment of a national network of NGOs to address issues related to air quality, through access and transparency to information, and advocacy for strengthening the regulatory framework in the air sector<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expected results:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The NGO's network participate and contribute to improving the regulatory framework at local and national level for better air quality and within the standards set by the legislation in force;<\/li>\n<li>A functional network of environmental NGOs focused on maintaining the quality of active air, even after the project's completion.<\/li>\n<li>Groups of experts\/policy makers\/decision makers\/media\/NGOs and citizens in various multidisciplinary fields (industry, transport, health) have updated their knowledges on air quality;<\/li>\n<li>Alternative monitoring of 4 air quality parameters (PM2.5, PM10, CO2, NO2) in the targeted municipalities and updating of the www.greenlungs.al platform;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring air quality with the \"Aeroqual 500\" device in Durres and Elbasan municipalities, for the summer and winter period;<\/li>\n<li>Real-time data monitoring on air quality through 2 fixed IQAir devices installed at 2 points\/zones in Durres and Elbasan;<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and carrying out 2-day training on \"The impact of air quality on health\" with the NGO's that work in the environment field and other interested parties;<\/li>\n<li>Continuous publication of the monitoring results, maps and air quality infographics at the official websites and portals, and update of the \"Green lungs.al\" platform;<\/li>\n<li>Designing and publication of 2 awareness videos on air quality;<\/li>\n<li>Elaboration of the study on: \"The impact of air quality on health\"<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and publishing 5 journalistic articles on official portals;<\/li>\n<li>Organization of the National Forum \"The Enviromental Pollution\" in cooperation with the other partners of the project, within the Green-AL program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Titulli i projektit \u2013 \u201cAj\u00ebr i past\u00ebr, jet\u00eb e sh\u00ebndetshme\u201d Donatori: Projekti zbatohet nga organizatat partnere Milieukontakt Shqip\u00ebri, Together for Life, Qendra EPER dhe GO2, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb programit Green-AL, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":17,"featured_media":32029,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"categories":[57,60,51],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-32019","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-kombetare","category-video-mjedisi","category-projekte-mjedis"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
