TFL k\u00ebrkoi dhe analizoi fakte dhe t\u00eb dh\u00ebna q\u00eb treguan se n\u00eb vitin 2012, nj\u00eb projekt me vler\u00eb prej 25.000.000 lek\u00ebsh ishte n\u00ebnshkruar nga qeveria shqiptare dhe Bashkimi Europian p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar procedur\u00ebn e Fekondimit in Vitro n\u00eb strukturat shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij projekti, specialist\u00eb t\u00eb fush\u00ebs s\u00eb obstetrik\u00ebs-gjinekologjis\u00eb dhe embriologjis\u00eb u d\u00ebrguan p\u00ebr trajnim n\u00eb Itali. Q\u00ebllimi ishte q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb paguanin sigurimet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonin falas nga kjo metod\u00eb e riprodhimit t\u00eb asistuar, nd\u00ebrsa kriteret dhe procedurat p\u00ebr p\u00ebrzgjedhjen e pacient\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonin n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb prioriteteve t\u00eb vendosura nga institucionet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe ekspert\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebsaj, Qendra e planifikuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt mbeti e mbyllur p\u00ebr shkaqe t\u00eb cilat nuk jan\u00eb investiguar asnj\u00ebher\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa mjek\u00ebt e trajnuar nis\u00ebn pun\u00eb privatisht!\u00a0<\/strong>TFL nisi nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb mediatike p\u00ebr t\u00eb theksuar se shum\u00eb persona dhe \u00e7ifte n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb vuajn\u00eb nga infertiliteti u privohet e drejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur f\u00ebmij\u00eb p\u00ebrmes metodave t\u00eb riprodhimit t\u00eb asistuar. Procesi i diagnostikimit dhe trajtimit t\u00eb infertilitetit \u00ebsht\u00eb i kushtuesh\u00ebm, dhe vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb e Fekondimit in Vitro (FIV) kushton mesatarisht 4000 Euro. Autoritetet shtet\u00ebrore nuk reaguan ndaj k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2020, TFL zhvilloi nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb politikave p\u00ebr nxitjen e lindshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Raporti konstatoi se popullsia shqiptare po plaket me ritme t\u00eb shpejta, lindshm\u00ebria po bie dhe ligji p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin riprodhues \u00ebsht\u00eb I mang\u00ebt. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, raporti arriti n\u00eb konkluzionin se nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi i menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm i institucioneve p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar politika afatgjata t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb emergjenc\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin publik. Raporti u paraqit Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit, i cili pranoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje dhe nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr adresimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre problematikave.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 2022, gjat\u00eb diskutimeve p\u00ebr buxhetin e sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvendin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, TFL prezantoi disa nga gjetjet e raportit dhe propozoi krijimin e nj\u00eb qendre p\u00ebr fekondim in vitro si nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr individ\u00ebt dhe \u00e7iftet q\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me infertilitet. Kjo k\u00ebrkes\u00eb u reflektua n\u00eb buxhetin e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb me produktin e quajtur &#8220;Cifte q\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga paketa e fertilitetit&#8221;, e cila do t\u00eb financohej me nj\u00eb fond total prej 1 milion lek\u00ebsh. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 2022 nuk u nd\u00ebrmor asnj\u00eb veprim konkret p\u00ebr fillimin e punimeve.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb buxhetin e vitit 2023, ky produkt u hoq nga lista e financimeve. TFL iu drejtua me shqet\u00ebsim Komisionit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale, n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn d\u00ebgjimore t\u00eb organizuar p\u00ebr buxhetin e sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr vitin 2023. Ministria pranoi se kjo politik\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdonte p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb projekti investimi n\u00eb spitalin Ko\u00e7o Gliozheni. M\u00eb 24 maj 2023, Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb njoftoi n\u00eb rrjetet sociale fillimin e zbatimit t\u00eb projekteve t\u00eb reja n\u00eb Maternitetin &#8220;Ko\u00e7o Gliozheni&#8221; p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin dhe pajisjen e Qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb I-r\u00eb publike t\u00eb Riprodhimit t\u00eb Asistuar (FIV).
