Ai\/ajo punon ngusht\u00eb me sektorin e financ\u00ebs dhe pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb stafit n\u00eb pozicione menaxhuese ose k\u00ebshilluese.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and duties:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ecurin\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb projekteve t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs dhe komunikim me donator\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre projekteve.<\/li>\n<li>Koordinon e mbik\u00ebqyr projektet e organizat\u00ebs dhe ndjek, sipas nevoj\u00ebs, aktivitetet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre projekteve (fushatat, trajnimet, mbledhjet, etj).<\/li>\n<li>Menaxhon stafin q\u00eb koordinon e implementon projektet n\u00eb zyr\u00eb ose terren e sh\u00ebrben si pik\u00eb lidhje mes tyre dhe drejtuesve.<\/li>\n<li>Siguron nj\u00eb rrjedhshm\u00ebri t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe nj\u00eb komunikim t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve n\u00ebn var\u00ebsi dhe nj\u00eb klim\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb pune t\u00eb stafit vart\u00ebs. Ndjek prioritetet.<\/li>\n<li>Siguron q\u00eb projektet po implementohen si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb parashtruar e planifikuar n\u00eb projektin e shkruar, n\u00eb komunikim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me donator\u00ebt dhe duke respektuar e buxhetin.<\/li>\n<li>Siguron q\u00eb projektet t\u00eb japin rezultatet dhe produktet e parashikuara.<\/li>\n<li>Merr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi ose p\u00ebrpilon raportet semestrale dhe finale q\u00eb mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohen nga donator\u00ebt.<\/li>\n<li>Angazhohet ne shkrimin e projekteve.<\/li>\n<li>Merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e rekrutimit t\u00eb ekspert\u00ebve p\u00ebr projektet dhe t\u00eb stafit, sipas nevoj\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<li>Komunikon me donator\u00ebt dhe partner\u00ebt e mundsh\u00ebm dhe merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb mbledhjet e sugjeruara prej tyre.<\/li>\n<li>Merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb takime p\u00ebr krijimin e rrjeteve (networks) dhe n\u00eb aktivitetet e partner\u00ebve e donator\u00ebve.<\/li>\n<li>Ndihmon drejtorin ekzekutiv n\u00eb ndjekjen e takimeve lidhur me projektet e zbatuara.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Kriteret e rekrutimit\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nivel universitar n\u00eb Pun\u00eb Sociale, Psikologji, Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare ose fusha t\u00eb tjera te ngjashme. (Preferenc\u00eb do u jepet kandidat\u00ebve me nivel Masteri, me eksperienc\u00eb n\u00eb menaxhim projekti).<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 3 vjet eksperienc\u00eb pune n\u00eb menaxhim stafi e projektesh n\u00eb OJQ ose organizata te tjera dhe eksperienc\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me disa partner\u00eb e donator\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrim pozitiv n\u00eb planifikim, drejtim e kontroll stafi e projekti.<\/li>\n<li>Aft\u00ebsi shum\u00eb t\u00eb mira komunikuese e p\u00ebrshtatje e shpejt\u00eb me situata q\u00eb mund t\u00eb sjellin stres.<\/li>\n<li>Nivel i avancuar i anglishtes s\u00eb folur e t\u00eb shkruar (t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn, nivel C1). Do t\u2019u jepet p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi kandidat\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb njohuri t\u00eb mira edhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuhe t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Nivel i avancuar n\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar, raportim etj, n\u00eb anglisht dhe n\u00eb shqip.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb ket\u00eb njohuri t\u00eb mira n\u00eb shkrim projektesh. Do t\u00eb konsiderohet avantazh n\u00ebse kandidatja\/i ka eksperienc\u00eb n\u00eb shkrimin e projekteve t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian.<\/li>\n<li>Aft\u00ebsi komunikuese e drejtuese t\u00eb mira, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr n\u00eb drejtimin e nj\u00eb stafi.
