Pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtij takimi, krahas institucioneve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore ishin edhe organizatat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb ftuar edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt t\u00eb japin sugjerime dhe rekomandime me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e k\u00ebtij dokumenti, i cili synon t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb arrij\u00eb objektivat e programit p\u00ebr mbrojtjen dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e sh\u00ebndetit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare. Krahasuar me strategjin\u00eb e m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit, strategjia aktuale reflekton m\u00ebsimet nga COVID-19 dhe adreson n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb specifike nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur kapacitetet p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrgjigjur emergjencave sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur elasticitetin e sistemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Bazuar pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb sfidat me t\u00eb cilat u p\u00ebrball\u00ebn pacient\u00ebt kronik\u00eb, (mbi 400,000 n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb) gjat\u00eb pandemis\u00eb Covid-19, TFL ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb rekomandime me shkrim, duke i m\u00ebshuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs q\u00eb n\u00eb strategjin\u00eb e re t\u00eb integrohet menaxhimi i t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebve kronik\u00eb n\u00eb rast epidemish\/pandemish. Kjo nevoj\u00eb bazohet n\u00eb: a- problematikat q\u00eb u has\u00ebn gjat\u00eb pandemis\u00eb Covid-19, b-t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebt kronik\u00eb si grup risku, c-rekomandimet e Samitit Global t\u00eb Sh\u00ebndetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur qasje p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe sh\u00ebndetin, duke promovuar p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb nivelet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb qeverisjes p\u00ebr arritjen e nj\u00eb gatishm\u00ebrie, parandalimi, zbulimi dhe reagimi m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, \u00e7\u2013 thirrjen e OBSH-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb gati p\u00ebr pandemi\/epidemi t\u00eb mundshme, marr\u00eb parasysh prirjen e dekadave t\u00eb fundit p\u00ebr pandemi.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja e Shoqat\u00ebs Together for life znj. Eglantina Bardhi, pjes\u00eb e takimit me institucionet dhe grupet e interesit, foli p\u00ebr strategjin\u00eb e re dhe p\u00ebr rolin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile. Znj. Bardhi gjithashtu u shpreh fal\u00ebnderuese ndaj institucioneve p\u00ebr qasjen pozitive n\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb proceset e konsultimit.<\/p>\n<p>Strategjia e re ka pes\u00eb synime themelore: 1. Investimi n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e popullat\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes qasjes pergjate gjithe jet\u00ebs 2. Progresi drejt mbulimit me sherbim universal 3. Fuqizimi i sistemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor me n\u00eb qend\u00ebr qytetarin dhe te integruar 4. P\u00ebrforcim i p\u00ebrgjigjes dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve te emergjences 5. Sh\u00ebndeti dixhital<\/p>\n<p>Synimet themelore mbeshteten n\u00eb Strategjin\u00eb e m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb Sh\u00ebndetit 2016-2020 dhe analizen e zbatimit t\u00eb saj. Strategjia e Sh\u00ebndetit 2021-2030 i p\u00ebrgjigjet situat\u00ebs dhe sfidave aktuale globale dhe komb\u00ebtare, si dhe paraqet nje zhvillim inovativ, sistematik dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs te sistemit te ardhsh\u00ebm sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Alba Fico, drejtore e QSUT-s\u00eb u shpreh se \u201c<em>strategjia do ti jap\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb gjithkujt t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb komentet, pasi cdo opinion, sado i vog\u00ebl \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00eb e shtuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar strategjin\u00eb.
