t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs lidhur me: ndotjen a ajrit n\u00eb 9 zona t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs ( t\u00eb qendr\u00ebs\/periferike; t\u00eb ndotura\/m\u00eb pak t\u00eb ndotura);<\/li>\n<li>Shkall\u00ebn e njohurive t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr ndikimin e mobilitetit urban n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e ajrit; mjetet e transportit urban q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebvizur.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb rrisim edukimin dhe informimin e qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr L\u00ebvizjen Urbane t\u00eb Q\u00ebndrueshme dhe ta promovojm\u00eb at\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb investigojm\u00eb dhe raportojm\u00eb n\u00eb median e shkruar dhe vizive problematikat e ndotjes s\u00eb ajrit p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mobilitetit urban.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Expected results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Hartimi i nj\u00eb raporti lidhur me perceptimet e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs p\u00ebr ndotjen aktuale t\u00eb ajrit, si dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e situat\u00ebs sipas k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve dhe interesit publik.\u00a0 Raporti do t\u2019i dor\u00ebzohet Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mjedisit\u00a0 (institucioneve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb linj\u00ebs) p\u00ebr marrjen e masave alternative me q\u00ebllim rregullimin e trafikut,\u00a0 nxitjen e l\u00ebvizjes urbane t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe menaxhimin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ajrit n\u00eb kryeqytet.<\/li>\n<li>Aft\u00ebsimi i gazetar\u00ebve t\u00eb
